I want to thank you for the great service and guidance you have provided and are continuing to provide to me and my family. It was great to have you tune up and update our 5 year old computer and have it running better than it did when I originally purchased it. The convenience of you coming out to pick it up and taking it with you was great. You said it would be 3 days and called me the next day that it was ready. Thanks for coming out to install the updated version of our computer and show all of us how to use it, properly. Thank you for the patience and help in getting me the right system when it came time to add a second PC to the household. It was so easy for me, that you would come out and take the new system and “pre-load” it with what I knew I needed and what you knew I needed. Again, you said it would be ready in about 2-3 days and called me the next day. Thanks for coming out to install my new PC system and hook up my wireless system and again, for showing me how to use the system. At some time in the near future , as I am sure you are aware, I will be adding a laptop for my daughter. I am looking forward to having you help us find and set up that system also. I guess the thing I want to thank you for most of all is for being “my computer guy”. It is really a relief knowing that if I mess up my system trying something new or clicking on the wrong application or link, that you are only a phone call away to help me get out of it. I know that I have called and interrupted you in something that you needed to get done and yet, you still took the time to walk me through it, even when it took over an hour, as it often has. The peace of mind that I feel, knowing that I can call when I have a problem, is not something I can easily describe but it is a very comforting feeling. Thank you for being “ MY COMPUTER GUY”. Xpert Computer Services has come to my aid on numerous occasions. I first called him after I had bought a new computer with the Vista program and was absolutely in the dark as to how to operate this monster. He recovered and converted old documents from the previous program which I thought I had lost forever. He also rescued 36 pages of a new document that had disappeared from my screen. David is very kind and patient, as well as being totally knowledgeable in the inner workings of the computer, and I feel extremely fortunate to know he is there to help me when needed.
